MATERIALS:	The Cooler Backpack is crafted from 600 Denier Waterproof Polyester Ripstop and features insulation and a leak-proof inner liner, ensuring your items stay cool for up to 24 hours. Reflective detailing is included on the front panel of the bag for added visibility. This bag is available in both Tan and Black options. This item is constructed with a fabric zipper, not a waterproof zipper. It may leak liquid contents out of the top zipper. Please Note: While this bag is made with heavy-weight 600D waterproof ripstop material, providing a distinctive "firefighter look," it is not made with actual turnout gear. Please Note: We offer this product in both tan and black. We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product.
PERSONALIZATION:	Personalize your bag with the name of your choice! The name will be positioned on the front panel above the reflective for easy visibility. Our professional Thermal Bonding ensures durability. Please ensure accurate spelling before finalizing your order. IMPORTANT Please double-check your spelling BEFORE placing your order. The maximum width for the name is 5½ inches, and we recommend keeping the length to 10-12 characters for optimal appearance. Longer names may result in smaller text size. For best results, consider using either the last name or the first name
U.S. SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bags are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to Priority Mail during the checkout process. (Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the shipped method). IMPORTANT All orders are shipped through the US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY. Order are not shipped through any other carriers (with the exception of large quantity orders). Please verify your shipping address with USPS or provide a PO Box to ensure you can get our item delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:	All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We do ship to certain countries outside of the U.S. International shipping time varies. Some orders may be delivered in 15 business days while others can take up to a few weeks. IMPORTANT When placing orders outside of the U.S. we only charge for the product and shipping cost.
